I discovered this by throwing together a bunch of stuff that I had in the kitchen. It's great by itself or as a dip for fruit.
- 1 Scoop Whey Protein (shown with vanilla, but any flavor will work)
- 1 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 BIG Spoonfuls Peanut Butter
- 1 Spoonful Honey
- 1 Spoonful Cinnamon
- Just mix everything together and enjoy!
