Olympic lifting (snatch, clean & jerk, etc.) is a common way to train for power, but it can also be dangerous for beginners and require a steep learning curve. The guys share some of their favorite alternatives, including dynamic barbell lifts, medicine ball exercises, jumps, and kettlebell variations.
