Protein Pudding

I discovered this by throwing together a bunch of stuff that I had in the kitchen. It's great by itself or as a dip for fruit.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Scoop Whey Protein (shown with vanilla, but any flavor will work)
  • 1 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 BIG Spoonfuls Peanut Butter
  • 1 Spoonful Honey
  • 1 Spoonful Cinnamon

Instructions:

  1. Just mix everything together and enjoy!
