Group fitness classes are for anyone and everyone looking to get a great workout in a competitive, but friendly, environment. I train all skills levels, from high school students and working moms to competitive MMA fighters and jiu jitsu world champions.
Classes take place at Paradigm Training Center located at 5756 South Rice Ave. Houston, TX 77081. Paradigm is a Houston's premiere mixed martial arts gym, and is great for competitors of any level.
A diverse class that focuses on building the core pillars of fitness- including strength, endurance, mobility, and flexibility. We use a variety of training methods and tools to create a balanced workout, beneficial to people of all skill levels.
An advanced class designed specifically to improve performance in mixed martial arts. Workouts are intended to enhance strength, power, agility, and both anaerobic & aerobic conditioning.
A class that takes participants through a variety of challenging movements using kettlebells. This unconventional training tool provides unique core strength, stability, and coordination benefits that standard pieces of equipment don't offer.

- Tuesday at 5:30 PM - Fitness Foundations
- Wednesday at 5:30 PM - Fight Camp
- Thursday at 5:30 PM - Fitness Foundations
- Friday at 5:30 PM - Kettlebells
- Drop-In Fee: $30/class
- 10 Class Pass: $200 (can be used for all classes)
- Full Membership: $150/month (full access to facility and all classes)
