I offer in-person training sessions to individuals or small groups in the Katy or Southwest Houston areas who are serious about pursuing their fitness goals.

You have the option to train by yourself, with a partner, or with a team (3-4 people).

While some people prefer the individualized attention and instant feedback of 1-on-1 training, some like the competition, accountability, and reduced cost of training with a small group. You choose!

I offer a variety of monthly packages based on the number of training sessions you would like per week. The more you train, the more you save!

*If training with a small group (2-4 people), individuals split the total cost of the session.

*All packages are priced on 4 weeks per month.

*All sessions are 1 hour unless otherwise discussed.

*Full monthly payment is due upfront unless otherwise discussed.
